Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of. the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
September , 1986. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: rounrilmpmher Vaciliou
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 579
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7 AND FINAL
PIKE LAKE INTERCEPTOR SEWER, PHASE II
PROJECT NO. 008-001
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and S. J. Louis Construction Company,
as contractor, have entered into an agreement for the Pike Lake Interceptor
Sewer, Phase II, City Project No. 008-001, said agreement being dated April
14, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $522,253.50, no change
orders were approved and the value of the work to date is
$490,544.23.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for the Pike Lake
Interceptor Sewer, Phase II Project and certified to the
Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is
hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights
of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 7 and Final in the amount of
$40,501.69 to S. J. Louis Construction Co. for the Pike Lake
Interceptor Sewer, Phase II Project is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker, Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
