Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of September ,
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
T.H. 55 AND REVERE LANE AREA
CITY PROJECT NO. 815
S.J. GROVES OFFICE PARK AREA, PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 648
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for for the improvement of T.H. 55,
Revere Lane Area and S.J. Groves Office Park Area, Phase II, bids were received, opened
and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
adve r t i sense nt :

WHEREAS, it appears that Enebak Construction Company of Northfield, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Enebak Construction Company of
Northfield, Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth for the
construction of T.H. 55, Revere Lane Area and the S.J. Groves Area,
Phase II according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the
amount of the low bid of $2,114,454.79.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
