Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _. special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of _ September ,
1988. The following members were present: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-572
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVERE LANE/TRENTON PLACE 2ND ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 517
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes to
the Revere Lane/Trenton Place 2nd Addition Contract for City Project No. 517:
Requested mobilization costs for moving on and off the job site. Removal and
disposal of debris encountered in subgrade. Delay costs and extra depth
construction of the storm sewer.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Revere Lane/Trenton Place 2nd Addition Improvements
Contract, City Project No. 517 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the Revere Lane/Trenton Place 2nd Addition
Improvements Contract, City Project No. 517 by adding $5,097.70 is approved and the
original contract price of $44,250.55 is revised to $49,348.25.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Rickr,,r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
