Ricker and Zitur The following members were absent: _Councilmember Sisk r.nnnCilmnmht.r Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-571 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT BASS LAKE PLAZA ADDITION SEWER AND WATER AREA ASSESSMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 832 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on Sept. 13, 1988, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: Bass Lake Plaza Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain trunk facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 3rd day of October, 1988, in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur _ The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
