Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
September , 1988. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk

Coungilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-570
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
BASS LAKE PLAZA ADDITION
SEWER AND WATER AREA ASSESSMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 832
WHEREAS, contracts were let for the improvement of:
BASS LAKE PLAZA ADDITION
by the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain trunk facilities and all
necessary appurtenances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $157,314.30.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk
main, pumping and storage facilities and sanitary sewer trunk
facilities for the above referenced area shall be applied to the
existing land use zoning.
Water Area Commercial $2,015 per acre
Sanitary Sewer Area Commercial $1,120 per acre
3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from
such improvement against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of
land within the district affected, without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by the law, and shall fife a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
