Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of September ,
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmemher Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-569
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
BASS LAKE PLAZA ADDITION
SEWER AND WATER AREA ASSESSMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 832
WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted August 25, 1985 and November
19, 1979, reports were prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvement of the Bass Lake Plaza Addition.
WHEREAS, the proposed projects included installation of sanitary sewer and watermain
trunk facilities and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said reports were received by the Council on March 31, 1986 and May 5, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and
the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$157,314.30).
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd day of
October, 1988 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, at 7:30 p.m., and the City Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
