HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-568CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of September , 1988. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur , The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-568 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF 22ND AVENUE WITH?N PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, United Properties has petitioned the City Council to vacate a portion of 22nd Avenue within Parkers Lake North 2nd Addition: Public ri-ht-of-way for 22nd Avenue lying west of the east property line of Outlot K extended northerly as shown on the Parkers Lake North 2nd plat of record. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 3, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. • The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CounnilmPm17P_r Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker , and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
