HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-567CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of Septemher , 1988. The following members were present: , mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur , The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk C:nun i m.mh_r 7itur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-567 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING FOX RUN 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 13, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Fox Run 4th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 13, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the subdivision named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 13, 1988. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CnunciImember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
