HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-566CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of September , 1988. The following members were present: , mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and 7itur The following members were absent: _ Counc_ilmember Sisk Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88- 566 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING STEEPLECHASE 5TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 13, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Steeplechase 5th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 13, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the subdivision named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 13, 1988. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rounri lm—hpr R1rker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, CouncilmCMbers Va iliou, Ricker , The following voted against or abstained: Nene Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
