Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of se tembey 1988 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88- 563
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TURCK MULTIPROX, INC.

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Turck Multiprox located at 300 Campus Drive was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 86-159; and,
WHEREAS, the CitCouncil under Resolution No. 87-101 authorized the reduction
of this bond to 10,000; and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had
been completed, City staff has inspected the site and recommends release of
the financial guarantees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Site Performance Bond No. NC83320/SB50959 in the amount of $10,000 which
was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Turck Multiprox, Inc.,
located at 3000 Campus Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
