Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of September 19_88 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88- 562
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR PYA MONARCH (86027)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Ryan Construction Company for PYA Monarch located at
9605 54th Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution Number 86-
309; and,
WHEREAS, the developers submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $552,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, the required site improvements had
been completed, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release of
the Financial Guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Site Performance Number U667110 in the amount of $552,000, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Ryan Construction Company for PYA
Monarch located at 9605 54th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou.
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
