Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of sg9tuwmr 19jjL- The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Coun itm.mh rs Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88- 561
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BUHLER MIAG (86040)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Buhler Miag located at 1100 Xenium Lane was
administratively approved; and
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $36,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements
had been completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release
of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize of the Site
Performance Bond in the amount of $36,000 which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Buhler Miag, located at 1100 Xenium Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
