Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of September 19-_5.8 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Vasi.liou. Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88-560
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION FOR
WATERFORD PARK (86044)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Ryan Construction Company for Waterford Park located
at 505 County road 18 (State Highway 169, was approved under City Council
Resolution Number 86-462;
WHEREAS, the developers submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount $400,000; and,
WHEREAS, notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected such site and recommends release of the
financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Site Performance Bond No. U667196 in the amount of $400,000, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Ryan Construction Company for
Waterford Park located at 505 County Road 18 (State Highway 169.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: —Mayor Schneider, .oun ilm.mh.rs Vasilin
The following voted against or abstained NnnP
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
