Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of s tembeFr 19 88 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmeobers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur
ng members were absent
Councilmembgr Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 88- S58
AMENDING THE COMPLETION DATE IN RESOLUTION NO. 87-540 FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY (87027)
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution No. 87-540 provided for approval of amendment
to the Land Use Guide Plan and the Preliminary Plat/Plan for MPUD 86-1; and,
WHEREAS, a condition of said Resolution is that certain development
implementation actions be completed by the petitioner on or before September
1, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested an extension of the completion date to
October 31, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner has made substantial progress toward the completion of
those development implementation actions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the extension of
the date for completion of all the implementation items referred to in City
Council Resolution No. 87-540 to October 31, 1988.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
