Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s�cial� meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of Se tember , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, Councilmembers asi iou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-557
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION CONSOLIDATION
FOR AL STOBBE, IMAGE HOMES (88090)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Al Stobbe, Image Homes,
for property located at 3155 and 3165 Sycamore Lane under Resolution No. 88-556;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed with Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Zitur
The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
