Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of �Se September , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilme em—b cs a iliou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-556
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR AL STOBBE, IMAGE HOMES FOR PROPERTY AT 3155 AND 3165
SYCAMORE LANE (88090)
WHEREAS, Al Stobbe, Image Homes has request. I consolidation of platted Lots 2. and 3,
Block 2, HERITAGE RIDGE, into one lot for the purposes of constructing a residence of
such dimension as to require the consolidation of two single family residential lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, HERITAGE RIDGE, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ma or Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Zitur

voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
