Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of September 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moven its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-555
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR GROVES
OFFICE PARK ANNEX FOR THE METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION (88033)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Groves Office Park Annex as
requested by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
4. No Building Permits shall be issued until the effective date of the "Quick Take"
Order, or until Title has been acquired, which ever is first, and a written com-
mitment is received from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission that it will
process and record the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,t►�iowing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor TUhneiddeer., Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur

voted against or a stained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed a adopted.
