Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of September , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnee er, ouncilmemmbers Vasiliou, RickFr
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-554
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR GROVES OFFICE PARK ANNEX FOR THE METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL
COMMISSION (88033)
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has requested approval for a Final
Plat for Groves Office Park Annex, for two lots at 9900 State Highway 55;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYWHITH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for the Metropolitan
Waste Control Cowmission for Groves Office Park Annex located at the 9900 State Highway
55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: yor neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
