HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-552CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theme tthh day of September , 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneiders ouncilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-552 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR FRANCIS OTTO FOR PROPERTY LOCATED (AT 5480 ROSEWOOD LANE) WITHIN THE BASS LAKE WOODS ADDITION (88101) WHEREAS, Francis Otto has requested a Division of property from Lot 10 and the consolidation of that property into Lot 9 for the purpose of constructing a new single family residence; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Division/Consolidation resulting in parcels described as follows: PARCEL A: Lot 9 of Block 2, together with the West 8.00 feet of Lot 10, Block 2, (as measured perpendicular to the west line) lying south of the easterly projection of the north line of said Lot 9, Block 2, all in BASS LAKE WOODS, according to the plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota PARCEL B: Lot 10, Block 2, EXCEPT the west 8.00 feet (as measured perpendicular to the west line thereof) lying south of the easterly projection of the north line of Lot 9, Block 2, all in BASS LAKE WOODS, according to the plat on file and of reeor in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Zitur The fol owing voted against or a stained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
