Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of September , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-550
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ALLENS LAKE VIEW ADDITION FOR S.K.
AND O.E. ALLEN (88109)
WHEREAS, S.k. and O.E. Allen have requested approval for a Final Plat for Allens Lake
View Addition, a plat for two commercial lots at the northwest corner of Merrimac Lane
and County Road 101;
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Allens Lake View
Addition for S.K. and O.E. Allen for Allens Lake View Addition for two commercial lots
at the northwest corner of Merrimac Lane and County Road 101.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker
and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: None whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
