HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-544CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of auiember 19--8-8 The following members were present: Kyar Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk rouncilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 88- 544 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR JAMES D. AND DEBORAH S. MATTESON (88092) (RPUD 84-6) WHEREAS, James D. and Deborah S. Matteson have requested approval for a Residential Planned Unit Development Plan/Conditional Use Permit Amendment for an amended side yard setback to the North at 4535 Trenton Circle North; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Development Plan/Conditional Use Permit Amendment for James D. and Deborah S. Matteson Property located at 4535 Trenton Circle North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The side yard setback to the north line of this lot is amended from 9 feet to 6.5 feet to allow construction of a 10 -foot wide deck. 2. No other PUD amendments are approved. FURTHER, that the City Council finds the physical facts of this application to be unique to this lot and not generally applicable to other lots within this RPUD, or throughout the community. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
