Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of Septemb9rI9 88 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GERALD GRABOWSKI FOR THE GRABOWSKI ADDITION

WHEREAS, Gerald Grabowski has requested approval for a Rezoning and
Preliminary Plat for the Grabowski Addition for 2 single family building lots
on 1.82 acres at 56th Avenue North between Pineview Lane and Bass Lake.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary
Plat for Gerald Grabowski for the Grabowski Addition located at 56th Avenue
North between Pineview Lane and Bass Lake, subject to the following:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's
expense.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with
the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing of the Final Plat.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing
any open storm water drainage facility.
i. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat.
6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.

7. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
8. A copy of the approved Final Plat shall be transmitted to the Commissioner
of Natural Resources within 10 days of that approval, if granted.
9. These lots are within the Shoreland Management Protection District of the
Zoning Ordinance. All special development specifications of that District
shall be complied with.
10. A Covenant shall be prepared, approved by the City Attorney, and filed on
both new lots precluding further property division to create additional
building lots.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
