Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the th day of September , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, TCouncilmembersasY lion, Ricker
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 88-541
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND AT 56TH
AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN PINEVIEW LANE AND BASS LAKE (88083)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land at 56til
Avenue North between Pineview Lane and Bass Lake from FRD (future restricted
development) District to R -1A (low density single family residential) district in
conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Grabowski Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Grabowski Addition
to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Zitur
The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
