Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of September , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, �ouncilmembers asi iou, Ricker
and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-540
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE FET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR RICHARD
AND COLLEEN WEBER FOR WEBER ADDITION (88077)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Weber Addition as requested
by Richard and Colleen Weber;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat.
3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con-
struction of municipal sewer and water.
4. No Building. Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
