The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Counciimember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 88-539
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR WEBER SECOND ADDITION FOR RICHARD AND COLLFEN WFHER (88077)
WHEREAS, Richard and Colleen Weber have requested approval for a Final Plat for Weber
Second Addition, for two residential lots at the southeast corner of Gleason Lake Drive
and Ranchview Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Richard and
Colleen Weber for Weber Second Addition located at the southeast corner of Gleason Lake
Drive and Ranchview Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counciimember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o lowinq
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Zitur
