HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-538CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day ofagnt_ ember 19_g.8 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 88- 538 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR RICHARD AND COLLEEN WEBER FOR THE WEBER ADDITION (88077) WHEREAS, Richard and Colleen Weber have requested approval for a Residential Preliminary Plat for the Weber Addition for 2 single family lots on 1.1 acres, including a 35 ft. setback along Ranchview Lane, located at the southeast corner of Gleason Lake Drive and Ranchview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Preliminary Plat, including a 35 ft. setback along Ranchview Lane, for Richard and Colleen Weber for the Weber Addition located at the southeast corner of Gleason Lake Drive and Ranchview Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer and water. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at time of filing of the Final Plat. 4. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
