Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of Se tember , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnee e�Z`ouncilme-gers as iou, Ric pr,
Zitur and Sisk
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the fo!lowinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-536
SITTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCL REZONING LAND LOCATED
IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF JUNEAU LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (ROCKFORD ROAD) (88018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance retoninq certain land located in
the southwest quadrant of Juneau Lane and County Road 9 (Rockford Road) from FRD
(future restricted development) District R-2 (low density multiple residence) District
in conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Parkview Ridge for Dimension
Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Dimension Companies
for Parkview Ridge, to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followina
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and
Zitur The followinq
voted against or abstained: Councilmember Sisk Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
