Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Councii of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of _ AUgust
1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider„ 'oun ilma h _rs Vasiliou
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-523
A -PROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WOOD CREEK ADDITION AREA
CITY PROJECT NO. 660
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes to
the Wood Creek Addition Area Contract for City Project NO. 660:
Add: Storm sewer manhole barrel sections and common borrow material to
decrease the size of the swale over the Wood Creek storm sewer system.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Wood Creek Area Improvements Contract, City Project
No. 660, is recommended for approval;
NJNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for the Wood Creek Area Improvements Contract, City
Project No. 660 by adding $3,150 is approved and the original contract price of
$192,463.65 along with previous change orders is revised to $223,150.65.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnnnrilmemhe.r Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, CouncilmPmhers Vasilinu., Ricker. Zitilr and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
