Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
August , 1988. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneidersrouncilacahers Vasiliou,, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmajohor Sisk Introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-518
CALLING FOR HEARING ON REASSESSMENTS OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEIT LAND
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota sold tax forfeit property for nonpayment of
real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list was purchased for less
stoney than the balance of existing special assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider reassessing said specials pursuant to
Minnesota Statue 28201 Sub. 3 on the following:

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed reassessment of
special assessments on the 13th day of September, 1988 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard at 8:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councils, er Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Courcilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
