Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
August , 1988. The following members were present:

The following members were absent: None
CoUncilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-517
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 630
HARRISON HILLS SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on August 22, 1988, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of
the following improvements:
Sanitary sewer - south of County Road 10, from approximately 700
feet east of Nathan Lane to approximately 1300 feet west of
Nathan Lane
by the installation of sanitary sewer lateral, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September 1988, in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 8:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couneilmemher Zi nr , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
