Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
August , 1988. The following members wer-a present: ,
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur aT d Sisk ,
The following members were absent: None
_C'o»ncilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 513
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOTS 2 AND 3 BLOCK 2 HERITAGE RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Heritage Ridge Addition
has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easements within Lots 2 and 3 Block 2 Heritage Ridge Addition:
The north 6 feet of Lot 2, Block 2 Heritage Ridge Addition,
Hennepin County Minnesota except the west 6 feet and the east 10
feet and the south 6 feet of Lot 3, Block 2 Heritage Ridge
Addition Hennepin County Minnesota except the west 6 feet and the
east 10 feet.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That i.t should, and hereby does, establish the date of
September 13, 1988 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
