Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �s cl I meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Z n day of August , 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnej& Zr buncllme ers Vasillou. Rick9r,
Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the followinq Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-508
APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RYAN
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR WATERFORD PARK PLAZA (87027) (MPUD 86-1)
WHEREAS, Ryan Construction Company has requested approval for a Planned Unit
Development Final Plat for Waterford Park Plaza (MPUD 86-1), a plat for one commercial
lot and two outlots located northeast of State Highway 55 and Quaker Lane extended;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Ryan Construction Company for Waterford Park Plaza located northeast of
State Highway 55 and Quaker Lane extended; and,
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development
Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, theollowinq

voted against or abstained: Nione Whereupon
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
