Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s sial meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day, of �Au�st , 1988. The

Councilmember Ricker _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-506
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
NORTHEAST OF HARBOR LANE AND GLEASON LAKE ROAD AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE)
DISTRICT (87124)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
northeast of Harbor Lane and Gleason Lake Road from R -IA (low density single family
residential) District to R-2 (low density multiple residence) District in conjunction
with approval of the Final Plat fur Hans Hagen Homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Hans Hagen Hales,
Inc., to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couneilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the roll
