Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council o` the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the-abdday of August ,

RESOLUTION 88-503
APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT
#284 (88069)
WHEREAS, Wayzata School District #284 has requested approval of a Site Plan
and Conditional Use Permit for a Media Center (36,050 square feet) and Lobby
(4,460 square feet) for Wayzata Senior High Schio!, located at 305 Vicksburg
Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
Wayzata School District #284 for a site plan and conditional use permit for an
expansion to include a Media Center (36,050 square feet) and Lobby (4,460
square feet) for Wayzata Senior High School located at 305 Vicksburg Lane
North, subject to the following conditions.
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing any open
storm water drainage facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
5. Compliance with Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
lanes.
6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure, and
no outside storage is permitted.

7. An8-1/2 x 11 inch "As -Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted
prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City
Policy.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained Councilmemberyasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
