APPROVING CHANGE: ORDER NO. 1
1988 SEAL COAT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Change Order No. I hays been prepared providing for the following change" to
the 1988 Seal Coat Program Contract.,
Add: 36,822 S.Y. of sisal coat with Class A Aggregate - Niagara Lane, South
of Highway 53 and north of County Road 6
Add: 4800 S.Y. of Seat Coat with FA -2 Aggregate - Holly Lane, north of
County Road 9.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for 1996 Seal Coat program is recommended for approval;
NOW, THERENCIRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that: Change Order No. 1 for the 1988 Seal Coat. Program Contract, by adding
$19.104.39 is approved and the orl.ginal contract prig of $99,114.04 is revised to
$110,158.41,
