Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
August , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sick ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-472
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 88-471
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND PONDING EASEMENTS FOR
STEEPLECHASE 3RD AND STEEPLECHASE 5TH ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and
ponding easements within Steeplechase 3rd and Steeplechase 5th Additions by
Resolution No. 88-471 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until Pond GL -P14 within Fox Run 4th Addition is constructed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers V-siliou, Ricker, ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
