HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-459CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of 10 the Ci�y of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of August 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, councilmembers Va ilio , Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88-459 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CEDAR RIDGE PLAT TWO (A-813) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 29, 1980, B -T Land Company, developer of Cedar Ridge Plat Two (A-813), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL rF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: TE Street Construction ORIGINAL AMOUNT $ 61,680 NEW AMOUNT $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 12,725 -0- Watermain 41,328 -0- Storm Sewer 27,500 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 10,200 800 Pond or Ditch Construction 500 -0- Street Signs 450 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 200 Erosion Control 1,500 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 5,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements 1,500 -0- Boulevard Trees 1,300 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 19-822 120 TOTAL $ 185,005 $ 1,120 That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $4,000 to $1,120 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
