HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-426• CITY OF PLVNDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of July , 1988. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Terwisscha Construction in the name of the City of Plymouth for the construction of new Fire Station III, Project No. 615, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $1,344,000, plus bid alternates 6A in the amount of $12,400 for a total contract amount of $1,356.400. 2. The bids for Fire Station I are hereby rejected. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by �pltnrilmgp4ipr Sisk 1, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, efollowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
