Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
July , 1988. The following members were present:
H"or Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zit»r introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-424
,iECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
TYRELL SEVENTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 18, 1988, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Tyrell Seventh Addition by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on July
18, 1988;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the
streets named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted July 18, 1988. The petitioners
have waived their right to a public hearing.
?. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: stone
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad,)pted.
