Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of July
1968. The following members were present: Ma=r Schneider, Councilmembers Va iliou ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-420
APPROVING COST SHARING AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT
AGREEMENT NO. 65023
CO. RD. 6/I494 BRIDGE
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into Agreement No. 65023 with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit: to
provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the Bridge No.
27679 construction to be performed on County Stare Aid Highway No. 6 over Trunk Highway
No. 494 within the corporate city limits under State Project No. 2785-27679
(T.H.494-393).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and directed
to execute such agreement.
FURTHER that the funds from the State shall be placed in the construction account for
Project No. 250.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
