Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of July , 19 88. The
.following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmembers Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-413
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF ZACHARY LANE AND THE SOO LINE RAILROAD (88046)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
southeast of Zachary Lane and the Soo Line Railroad from I-1 (planned industrial) and
FRO (future restricted development) District to R-2 (low density multiple residence)
District, in conjunction with the approval of the Final Plat proposed for the
"Wild Wings 2nd Addition;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for "Wild Wings 2nd
Addition" for John DeVries, to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication
of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur
and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
