rPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the T� day of July , 1988. The

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 88-411
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR PLATTED PROPERTY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
MAGNOLIA LANE AND 12TH AVENUE NORTH FOR GREGORY "ARARA (88079)
WHEREAS, Gregory Tarara has requested approval of a Lot Division/Consolidation of
platted property located at the northwest corner of Magnolia Lane and 12th Avenue
North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 1, Block 4, Beacon Heights First Addition AND
Lot 12, Block 4, Beacon Heights First Addition, Hennepin Coynty, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
EASTERLY PARCEL (TARARA)
Lot 1, Block 4, Beacon Heights First Addition. That part of Lot 12, Block 4,
Beacon Heights First Addition, which lies southeasterlt, of a line drawn from the
northeast corner of said Lot 12 to the southwest corner of said Lot 12.
WESTERLY PARCEL (MILLER)
Lot 12, Block 4, Beacon Heights First Addition, EXCEPT that portion which lies
southereasterly of a line drawn from the northeast corner of said Lot 12 to the
southwest corner of said Lot 12.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted In favor thereof: ayor neider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur
and Sisk _
