ADOPTING -ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT NO 827
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN AREA - QUAIL RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH 4TH ADDITION
FS, ,in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of

right to special assessment hearings covering the installation of sanitary sewer and
'trunk facilities and all other appurtenances;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
