Pursuant, -to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lath day of Oul 9, 1988. The
following members were present: Mayor Schnei rem, Touncilmembers Ricker, asiliou, Sis,
and Zitur
The following mewber3 were absent: None
Couneilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-407
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR WOOD POINTE ESTATES FOR WOOD POINTE
DEVELOPMENT GROUP (88044)
WHEREAS, Wood Pointe Development Group has requested approval for Final Plat for
Wood Pointe Estates, a plat for 14 single family residential lots located north and
west of the intersection of Sunset Trail and Balsam Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Wood Pointe Development Group for Wood Pointe Estates located north and
west of the intersection of Sunset Trail and Balsam Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In favor t ereo ves
voted against or abstained: -None Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
