HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1988-406A< CITY OF PLYMOUTH t to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the Clt\• (,c)t;rc i 1 0: 1 r„• !,f Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of July _91- The .. -- - The following members were present: Schneider, Vasiliou, RiaTter, llowing members were absent: None introduced the following Resolution and moved its x , RESOLUTION No. 88- 406A ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS PROJECT NO 828 SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN AREA - TYRELL SEVENTH ADDITION EAS. in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of assent Hearing from the property owner of Tyrell Seventh Addition waiving their right pecial assessment hearings covering the installation of sanitary sewer and water trunk lities and all other appurtenances; _THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, ugh proposed assessment. a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is treby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named h rein and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the roposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 8rlith assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 'years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in Auary 1989,. and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.002 per annum from the date of tion of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added t crest on the entire assessment from the date of this Resolution until December 31, a�i6t}. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on sal unpaid -installments. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the *,tsessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such fttnperty with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director, sreCepC that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days osn"t'he adoption of this Resolution; and he may at any time thereafter pay the City fnce Director the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest ut3iNed"to December 31 of,the year in which such payment is made.
