Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the IF- day of July , 1988. The
following members were present:_ Mayor Schne end r, 7ounclImembersaV sillou; Ricer,
Zitur and Sisk

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-405
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TYRELL SEVENTH ADDITION FOR HANS
HAGEN HOMES, INC. (88072) (RPUD 79-2)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes, Inc. has requested approval for Final Plat for Tyrell
Seventh Addition (RPUD 79-2), a plat for 21 single family residential lots at Minnesota
Lane and 45th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
10 Contract for Hans Hagen Homes, Inc. for Tyrell Seventh Addition located at Minnesota
Lane and 45th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
