CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of
July 1988. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, CnunCilmPmhPrq Vacilinu, Rirksar, 7ityr spA Sick ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Sick introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 400
APPROVING AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF
NO PARKING SIGNS ON HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, substantial on -street parking has been noted on Harbor Lane; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic
congestion; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have requested that parking be prohibited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and ,hereby does authorize the
installation of "NO PARKING" signs on the west side of the following street:
1. Harbor Lane - 38th Avenue to Glacier Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur. , and upon vote being taken -thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Maynr SehnPidpr, Cnunrilmemhnrc Vasilias Rirlfp-r ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or.abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
