Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of
July , 1988. The following members were present: ,
Manor Schneider Co ncilmembers Va iliou Ricker, Z;tur and Sisk ,
The following -members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 88-399
APPROVING CORRECTION TO FINAL PLAT
GROVES OFFICE PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the land surveyor for Groves Office Park Addition has certified that
there is an error in the drainage and utility easement adjacent to the north
line of Lot 2, Block 1; and
WHEREAS, the plat needs to be corrected to indicate the correct width of the
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Engineer are
authorized to execute the Land Surveyor's Certificate of Correction to the
plat of Groves Office Park.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: MaYOT Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
