Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, MIr.,A ota, was held on the 27th

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 88-875
APPROVING ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of applications for renewal of Off. -Sale
Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses from:
Chin Yuen Restaurant

Elm Creek Golf Course

Hampton Hills Golf Course

Hollydale Golf, Inc.

In accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200, Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, each applicant has been reviewed by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved for the
above for a period from July 1, 1988 through June -30, 1989
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
