Pursuant to due call and hotioe thereof, -a regular meeting of the
City 0oupcil of the City of Plymouth, mirrmsota, was held on 20th day of

present: Mayor Sdmider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The follawuV members were absent: None
Councilsembef Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 88- 367
APPROVING CHANCE ORDER NO. I FOR THE PARKERS LAKE PAVILION
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of
Change Order No. I in the amount of $5,315 covering the following six items:
O.Hardware $2,545
2) Modify railings 414
3) Faucets in batbroome/additional clean outs .792
4) S4AI correctionat east shelter 1,044
5) Change exterior dock posts from treated to laminated 213
6) Trucking and equipment 307
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. I for the Parker* Lake Pavilion
Project No. 743 is hereby approved asmending the original contract amount from
$356,923 to $362,238. This additional cost will be covered by the project
contingency.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rManni imember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon,, the following
voted in favor thereof: Ha= Schneide.r. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur,and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Wane
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
